Found another way that running helps in every day life!
I slipped on a pair of shoes this morning- no, dear, they aren't new- I just haven't worn them yet :) I noticed a potential hotspot for rubbing- and thought to myself...hmm, maybe I should try some BodyGlide on that spot. So I applied BodyGlide this morning at 7:45 AM, and so far, so good! No blister!
I heart a cute shoe :)
PSS- Hummus, wheat thins, and granola yogurt do NOT a lunch make for those of us that are this stinkin' hungry!
